Apology for Playback Errors

Hello, this is Nemoz Lab.
First of all, we would like to apologize to the customers who have experienced inconvenience by playback errors over the past few days. Due to the changes in our development code during the holiday period, the playback was not functioning smoothly and our failure to closely monitor this has caused disruptions in your service experience.
We have now updated the fixed version of our app on both the Google Play Store and the App Store. We would like to ask you to update to ensure smooth services, despite its inconveniences.
Moreover, if you experience any issues or have suggestions, please feel free to share them with us without hesitation. At Nemoz Lab, we are always listening to our customers to deliver the best service possible.
Besides improving sound quality, we are currently developing the offline playback and playlist features that many customers have requested. Also, we plan to launch them soon.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will continue to work harder to provide better services.
