Press the menu button on the top right and go on to the "manage device" tab.
You can see the linked devices from the tab.
You can register upto 2 devices per an account.
Select the device you want to disconnect and press the "disconnect selected device".
When you disconnect the device, you can register another one.
You can disconnect and change your registered device once a month.
