14. I lost my password.

You need to reset the password.
1. Click the "Find Password" button on top of the login button.
2. Enter the ID(e-mail) registered to Nemoz and click the "Get verification code" button. You will get the code via email.
3. Check the verification code on the e-mail and enter the code on Nemoz App. When you click the "Yes" button, you will be redirected to the "Change Password" page. Enter a new password. You can now log in with a new password.
